Whenever any Survivor is within 48/40/32 metres of your location, Whispers triggers its effect:

• Causes you to hear the sporadic whispers of The Entity, indicating a Survivor's presence.

• Quality of Life: Whispers no longer falsely activates on dead or sacrificed Survivors.

Trivia

• Whispers is one of the oldest essentially unchanged Perks in Dead by Daylight to date.
• Whispers activates on all Survivors within its specified radius, including hooked, carried and dying Survivors.
• The whispers of The Entity are more akin to soft, guttural groans than actual whispers.
• The whispers also seem to contain "hidden" messages, as the exclamation "He's dead." can be heard.
• The whispers can also be heard by Survivors suffering from the Madness Status Effect.
