• Buff: increased the Charge Speed bonus from +20 % to +25 %.

• Reversal: reverted the Charge Speed bonus back from +25 % to +20 %.
  • This was motivated by the reworked Hillbilly receiving a default Charge Speed bonus while the Chainsaw is in Overdrive.
• Nerf: upped the Rarity from Very Rare to Ultra Rare.
