The Bloodstained Sack was the second Clothing Pack DLC introduced to Dead by Daylight, released on 17 November 2016.
It was retired on 8 January 2024.
Its content is still available as a Special Bundle featured in the In-Game Store

Lore
It started as a whisper in the trees, a rippling swish in the water. Then the earth started to rumble with a deep moan, turning into a raging tremor. The evil within the fog was losing motivation, chasing and killing endlessly in the same uniform. Did the Entity hear their plea? Were they rewarded because of the countless sacrifices they fed the Entity? No one knows for sure how and why it appeared but it isn't far-fetched to think of it as a token of gratitude: a shapeless thing, soaked in blood, holding unholy gifts for the creatures of nightmares.

Trivia
- The Cosmetic Piece for The Nurse was added retroactively to the Pack on 21 December 2016.
- The Bloodstained Sack was free on console, as it came bundled with the Special Edition of the game, alongside The 80's Suitcase.
- The Rogi Mask was created by Dmitry "DeeDoubleU" Shpilevoy as a Fan-Art and was later implemented into the Game by the Developers.
- The original Fan-Art was named "Deer Mask". The in-game name Rogi is a transliteration of the Ukrainian word "роги", meaning "horns".
