Surge is a very under-used perk and doesn't mesh well with most killers that might benefit from having all generators explode within your terror radius

So I suppose a small tweak that might keep the same type of meta while still not being as oppressive as Ruin+Undying.

My suggested change is that Surge procs whenever a survivor gets downed, with ANY attack not just basic attacks.

This would both sement it as a reward for being an active killer and be a good time safer.

It ofcourse still has the same weakness, which is running far away from any generator that was worked on and being downed there.

But it would at least give killers more options than just Ruin+Undying as that was horrendous.

also please make it so keys only grant ONE person an escape Bhavior
