Talk:Reassurance

The trivia section seems wrong. At minimum the number 210 seconds should be broken out to detail how a survivor can stay on a hook for a maximum of 210 seconds per hook instance. The perk can only go up to 90 seconds as they stated in the 6.2.0 notes. One hook state is 60 seconds. My math makes that 150 seconds. Also, if anyone knows if a 2nd Reassurance adds on top of the other one or if it just resets to 30 seconds. Like say there is 5 seconds left on the first Reassurance. Another survivor uses is. Is the timer back to 30 seconds or is it 35 seconds? Would need tested to confirm. I don't see how just Reassurance and 3 survivors can keep one other survivor on the hook for 210 seconds for one state. See Patch Notes: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/kb/articles/349 "Reassurance can only be triggered once per survivor per hook instance." RupTurE (talk) 06:06, 3 September 2022 (UTC)

The trivia is suggesting that all survivors have Reassurance equipped and have not unhooked the survivor at all, in which case,
60*2=120 (2 hook states for 60 seconds)
30*3=90 (3 other survivors have Reassurance, lasts 30 seconds)
120+90=210

Yes but you cannot use Reassurance again unless the survivor is unhooked and rehooked. It's per hook, not per hook state.
Looks like someone else already figured out what I was trying to point out and fixed it.
Also some friend and I tested and if two people use Reassurance right away the timer just goes back up to 30 seconds it doesn't add 30 on top of the remaining time.
