Updating This Page With PTB Information

Why would you make the page contain the information on what's on the PTB right now? I want to know what shit does in the current version of the game. Many of these things won't even be the same when they go live.

I don't approve of the swears, so I removed them, but I'd like to humour the question anyways.
First off, this is a practice we've been doing for years. It's much more convenient to immediately be ready when the Patch goes live. You are quite literally the first person taking an issue with this. While, things might change (they don't always), the changes are usually minor and literally come down to change a value or two.
Secondly, all of the CURRENT information is still available in the Change Logs, it's not like it's gone or difficult to find.

Suggestion: Clarify what happens to survivors when Legion hits them during Feral Frenzy and they're already in Deep Wound

The article states the following:

Hitting a Survivor already suffering from the Deep Wound Status Effect or if The Legion misses the attack will immediately end Feral Frenzy.

but it doesn't say what happens to the survivor when they get hit if they've already got Deep Wound. "They don't go down (unless you have the new four-hit-combo-one-shot active)" is common knowledge, but it's undocumented here. There's a few other non-obvious elements, too: Does their Deep Wound timer get reset? Do they get the standard on-hit speed boost?

I'm bringing this up because of a reddit post where a user had this question, which is how I realized that this isn't quite made clear in this article. I'm not an expert on the wiki's style guide (and obviously can't edit the article directly), so I thought I'd just raise this suggestion. When you hit someone with Deep Wound, Feral Frenzy ends. There's nothing else to it. Doc (talk) 15:51, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
That's what happens to the Legion, but what happens to the survivor? They don't go into the dying state, their deep-wound gauge resets, they get the on-hit speed boost. I would say that this very much counts as "something else to it". I could see the speed boost being too obvious to document, because it applies to most damage events - although knowing that the survivor gets a speed boost is helpful for Legion players, because it's why they should often whiff instead of hit to end their power.
However, the "they don't go down because the power only sets deep wound and doesn't do anything else" and the "deep wound timer resets because the power reapplies it" outcomes are unique to the Legion and aren't explicit, although they are implied. One has to make an inference from the power description. Making that inference isn't impossible... but I think that it might be helpful to new players if it were more explicitly documented.
Again, I'm not really sure what this wiki's approach to documentation is. If there's an underlying philosophical or stylistic preference that's guiding this decision, I'd love to know more about it. Thanks for your time. Faandoom is a terrible company (talk) 16:41, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
