Supply Cases
Supply Cases are Props which were implemented in Patch 5.0.0.
They spawn only in Trials against The Nemesis, The Mastermind
, or The Singularity
.
Overview
Supply Cases behave essentially the same way as Chests and spawn alongside them at predetermined locations throughout the Trial Grounds, when facing The Nemesis, The Mastermind, or The Singularity.
Items
Supply Cases contain one of four Limited Items, depending on which one(s) of the Killers one faces:
- The Nemesis
:
- Supply Cases spawn the Vaccine
, which is used to cure the T-Virus Contamination.
- This Item can only be used 1 time.
- Supply Cases spawn the Vaccine
- The Mastermind
:
- Supply Cases spawn the First Aid Spray
, which is used to cure the Uroboros Infection.
- This Item can be used 2 times.
- Supply Cases spawn the First Aid Spray
- Both The Nemesis and The Mastermind (2v8-only):
- Supply Cases spawn the Antidote
, which is used to cure both the T-Virus Contamination and the Uroboros Infection at once.
- This Item can be used 3 times.
- Supply Cases spawn the Antidote
- The Singularity
:
- Supply Cases print the EMP
, which is used to rid one's self and others from Temporal Slipstream, and to temporarily disable nearby Biopods.
- This Item can only be used 1 time.
- Supply Cases print the EMP
Number of Cases
When facing The Nemesis or The Singularity, a Trial will spawn 4 Supply Cases.
In case of the The Nemesis, this is just enough so that each Survivor can theoretically be cured once with a Vaccine.
This number is increased to 6 Supply Cases when facing The Mastermind, enough so that each Survivor can theoretically be cured three times with a First Aid Spray.
It is further increased to 7 Supply Cases when facing both The Nemesis and The Mastermind in the same Trial (2v8-only).
The number can be reduced to 3 Supply Cases when The Nemesis equips the Broken Recovery Coin Add-on.
It cannot be reduced when facing The Mastermind or The Singularity.
Behaviour
The Nemesis and The Mastermind
Supply Cases are much quicker to open than regular Chests, taking only 4 seconds to do so.
However, unlike Chests, a Supply Case does not stay open and will automatically close itself after 15 seconds, if its Item is not retrieved from it.
The Singularity
Supply Cases automatically and continuously print EMPs, but pause at 97 % completion, until a Survivor finishes the print and retrieves the printed Item.
If Survivors interact with a Supply Case, it will greatly accelerate the printing process by a factor of x4.

Trivia
- While still considered Supply Cases, the ones spawned in Trials against The Singularity have a unique model and animations, acting like a futuristic 3D printer.
- The shared Antidote spawned in 2v8 Trials featuring both The Nemesis and The Mastermind combines elements of both Killers' unique antidotes:
- It features the same icon and item model as the First Aid Spray, but is coloured purple (rather than pale green), the same as the liquid inside the Vaccine syringes.
