Prestige Claudette Morel to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Self-Care for all other Characters.

Calculations
Self-Care functions by reducing the default Healing speed (1 c/s) to 0.25/0.3/0.35 c/s.
In code, and important for stacking with other effects, this is achieved by reducing the default Healing speed by -0.75/-0.7/-0.65 c/s:
