Change Log
- Buff: increased the Cool-down Time reduction for successful attacks from 25/29/33 % to 30/35/40 %.
- Nerf: added an Activation condition that requires chasing a Survivor for a minimum of 20 seconds to activate the Perk, which lingers for 5 seconds if the chase is lost.
- Nerf: no longer affects missed attacks.
- This nerf was motivated by the excessive use of the so-called "Machine Gun Combo" amongst Killer Players with Unrelenting

.
Since both Perks had complementary effects, stacking them together reduced the Cool-down Time of Basic Attacks to problematic levels.
- Rework: the Cool-down Time reduction is now based on the amount of accumulated Tokens and there is no longer an Activation condition.
- This change was motivated by the previous iteration feeling unreliable to use, often requiring artificially prolonging chases to get any benefit from it.
- Buff: changed the Token loss from a variable 4/3/2 Tokens to a fixed -2 Tokens across all Tiers.
- Nerf: Special Attacks on the Obsession now also lose Tokens.
- This change was motivated by M2 Killers having previously had the unfair advantage (compared to M1 Killers) of circumventing the loss of Tokens by exclusively using their Power to attack the Obsession (e.g. Shred on The Demogorgon

).
- Nerf: reduced the Cool-down Time reduction from a stack-able -5 % to -4 %.
- Nerf: changed the maximum Token count from a fixed 8 Tokens to a variable 6/7/8 Tokens.

Trivia
- Tokens are updated instantly upon hitting a Survivor, meaning that attack's very cool-down already benefits (or suffers) from the adjusted Token Count.
- The Obsession

escaping the Trial does not cause Save the Best for Last to freeze its Token Count, allowing it to gain additional Tokens on the remaining Survivors.
Unlicensed Version
- Before CHAPTER 2: The HALLOWEEN® Chapter was made available on them, certain platforms would feature its Perks as unlicensed General Perks instead, with altered icons if necessary.
- In case of Save the Best for Last, its icon featured a generic Survivor head instead of Laurie Strode.
- This also applied to Sole Survivor
