- Nerf: halved the Recharge-Time reduction from -4 seconds to -2 seconds.
Patch 9.0.0
- Nerf: again halved the Recharge-Time reduction from -2 seconds to -1 second.
- This nerf compensates for a general reduction to the Spell Cool-downs in the same Patch.
