- Suppresses all noises related to those interactions and the accompanying Loud Noise Notification.

When performing a

Quick & Quiet triggers its effect:
- Reduces the audible range of all noises related to these interactions by 30/60/90 %.
Change Log
- Rework: now reduces the audio levels of those interactions rather than reducing the range in which they can be heard by other Players.
- Buff: now fully suppresses all noises related to rushing the affected interactions.
- Buff: now also suppresses the accompanying Loud Noise Notification.
- Nerf: added a cool-down of 30/25/20 seconds.
- This change balances the improved effectiveness of the Perk.
- Buff: reduced the Cool-down duration from 30/25/20 seconds to 25/20/15 seconds.
