Putrid Serum (PS) was one of 7 in-game currencies in Dead by Daylight

Overview

Putrid Serum was an alternative Currency for the in-game Store. When available, it could be used to purchase Cosmetic pieces from the Hallowed Blight or Hallowed Catalyst Collections.

Obtaining

Putrid Serum could only be obtained during the Hallowed Blight and Withering Blight Events, with any left-over Serum eventually perishing.

Putrid Serum was not used as a currency during The Eternal Blight, and has not been used for an event since.

The Hallowed Blight

• Survivors could obtain Putrid Nectar by harvesting Visceral Cankers.
• Killers could obtain Putrid Nectar by hooking Survivors onto Cankerous Hooks.

The Withering Blight

• Putrid Serum could be obtained from The Rift during Tome I - Awakening. It could be obtained on the 70 Tiers of the Free Track.
