- Plant 43 was a genetically engineered plant found in the East Wing Laboratory in Resident Evil 2 that was infected with the T-Virus.
The plant, due to neglect, eventually started to infest corpses of the scientists it had killed, creating plant/zombie hybrids that would attack Leon Scott Kennedy and Claire Redfield.
