• The Pile of Nails references a kill in the fourth movie, Bride of Chucky, in which Chucky and Tiffany kill a police chief, Warren Kincaid by exploding an airbag with nails attached to it into his face. However, Kincaid survived long enough to the point where he nearly escaped, only to be stabbed to death by Chucky.
