Change Log
- Buff: modified the Noise-Range reduction from a variable 0/4/8 metres to a fixed -8 metres.
- Buff: now guarantees an Emergency Med-Kit from all Chests, while active.
- Nerf: now only applies any of its effects while in the Injured State.
- Buff: increased the Action Speed bonus from 40/60/80 % to 70/85/100 %.
- Buff: increased the Noise-Range reduction from -8 metres to -20 metres.
- Reversal: reverted the nerf to the Activation condition.
