Naughty Bear originates from the 2010 video game of the same name and its 2012 sequel Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, which like Dead by Daylight itself were both developed by Behaviour Interactive, though the studio was then known as Artificial Mind & Movement.
Overview
Naughty Bear is a tattered teddy bear that is seen as the scapegoat for all so-called Teddies on Perfection Island, a island inhabited by living teddy bears.
While he usually does not mind his predicament, he snaps after the other Teddies fail to invite him to Daddles' big birthday party and laugh him away after he tries to deliver Daddles a present. Seeking retribution, Naughty begins to hunt down and kill every other teddy bear on Perfection Island, always nudged to do his misdeeds by the voice of a cheerful narrator.
Naughty would also not be invited to Paradise Island when the other Teddies went on vacation. Naughty once again sought retribution and went to Paradise Island to enact his revenge on the other teddy bears.

- Naughty Bear originates from the action-adventure video game of the same, which was developed by BHVR in 2010 under the direction of David Osborne and writer/designer Ashley Pannell, which are both represented as the original voice actors for Naughty Bear and the narrator.
- Naughty Bear is the first Visceral Cosmetic Outfit, meaning it comes with a unique Memento Mori
animation when worn. - During the pre-match lobby, Naughty Bear can be seen holding a large palm leaf to cover his face. This is a reference to the original Naughty Bear game, where he would do this while hiding in bushes.
