Prestige The Onryō to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Merciless Storm for all other Characters.

Whenever a GeneratorIconHelpLoading generators.pngIconHelpLoading generators.pngIconHelpLoading generators.png reaches 90 % of Repair progression, Merciless Storm triggers its effect:

  • All Survivors repairing that Generator are faced with a continuous stream of Skill ChecksIconHelp skillChecks.pngIconHelp skillChecks.pngIconHelp skillChecks.png until the Generator is completed.
  • If any contributing Survivor fails a Skill Check or interrupts the action by any means, The EntityIconHelp entity.pngIconHelp entity.pngIconHelp entity.png blocks the Generator for 16/18/20 seconds.
Merciless Storm can only trigger once per Generator per Trial.


Trivia

  • Merciless Storm will trigger ~ 11 Skill Checks if there's only one Survivor and the Repair speed isn't currently affected by any Unlockable.
