Trivia

  • "Marvin" refers to Marvin Branagh, Senior Police Officer and Lieutenant to Leon Scott Kennedy at the Raccoon Police Department.
He helps both Leon and Claire Redfield crawl back out from under the shutter door outside the East Office when they are attacked by a Zombie.
Afterwards, he occasionally provides them with bits and pieces of information, while they continue exploring the Raccoon City Police Station, until he slowly succumbs to his infected wound.

In-Game Description

  • The in-game description of Marvin's Blood converts the coded value into a percentage.
Since hitting an already contaminated Survivor awards fewer Contamination points than hitting an uncontaminated Survivor, but the Add-on provides a static bonus to both situations, the in-game description was adjusted in Patch 7.2.0 to accurately reflect the different percentages that results in.
This is the reason why its in-game description features two percentages and the Wiki's just one point value.
