Prestige Jake Park to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Iron Will for all other Characters.
History
You are able to concentrate and enter a meditative-like state to numb some pain.
- Reduces the volume of Grunts of Pain while in the Injured State by 80/90/100 %.
Iron Will cannot be used when suffering from
Exhaustion, but does not cause the
Exhausted Status Effect.
Identical to the previous version, except that the values stack additively.

Change Log
- Buff: removed the condition of standing still for the Perk to apply its effect on Tiers I and II.
- Nerf: reduced the Audio Level reduction from -100 % to -75 % on Tier II.
- Buff: changed Iron Will to apply its effect as a multiplier, rather than them being additive.
- Nerf: reduced the Audio Level reductions from 50/75/100 % to 25/50/75 %.
- Nerf: added the condition that the Perk is inactive when its user suffers from the Exhausted Status Effect, while not causing it itself.
- Buff: increased the Audio Level reductions from 25/50/75 % to 80/90/100 %.
- Reversal: reverted the previous buff from three years earlier, making Iron Will add its effect instead of multiplying it with others.
- This means that if Iron Will reduces the volume to 0 %, other Perks can raise it to reduced but audible levels again.

Trivia
- Iron Will only affects Grunts of Pain.
It does not decrease the sound of the regular breathing all Survivors make across all Health States.
- Iron Will does not work while in the Dying State

- In the old Game Manual, Iron Will featured the following flavour text: "This is nothing!"
- Iron Will is the first Exhaustion Perk that suffers from the penalty, but does not cause it itself.
