• Nerf: reduced the Movement Speed boost from +20 % to +7 %.
• Nerf: increased the Charge Time penalty from +12 % to +20 %.

• Reversal: reverted the previous changes after deeming them as having been too harsh.

• Buff: now also reduces the Heat generation from revving the Chainsaw by -14 %.
