Change Log

Patch 5.5.0

  • Quality of Life: removed a tertiary effect that had Furtive Chase lose all Tokens once the Obsession was killed or sacrificed.

Patch 7.3.0

  • Rework: instead of reducing the Terror Radius mid-chase, Furtive Chase now grants the Undetectable and Haste Status Effects after hooking one's Obsession, while still retaining the Obsession-Switching effect.

Patch 8.7.0

  • Buff: doubled the strength of the Haste Status Effect from +5 % to +10 %.

Trivia

  • Furtive Chase was the only Ghost Face Perk leaked on the Dev Build, albeit named "Simple Formula" initially.
  • Before its rework with Patch 7.3.0, Furtive Chase would cancel the Terror Radius increase gained by Monitor & AbuseIconPerks monitorAndAbuse.pngIconPerks monitorAndAbuse.pngIconPerks monitorAndAbuse.png when starting a chase with Survivors.
