Fog Crystal

Fog Crystal is a Limited Item.

	Limited Item "Cold to the touch, the crystal vibrates from the force contained within." Press the Use Item button to drop the Fog Crystal at your feet, causing it to shatter and release a thick fog with a radius of 4 metres: Expands its Area of Effect from 2 metres to 6 metres over 1 second. Lingers at its maximum radius for 8 seconds. Shrinks and dissipates over 2 seconds. Survivors inside the Area of Effect benefit from the following effect: Suppresses the creation of their Scratch Marks. The Fog Crystal has 1 Charge and can only be found in Chests during the 2v8 Event. Limited Items are consumed on use. They cannot be brought back to the Campfire after a Trial and are removed by The Entity upon exiting the Trial.	-

Trivia

• The Fog Crystal was added with the fourth iteration of 2v8 and works similarly to the Void Crystal introduced in the Haunted by Daylight 2024 Halloween Event.
• While the main effect of the Fog Crystal is quite different to the effects of most Firecrackers and related Items, it is still categorised as such by the Game and triggers the Disturbance Score Event when used.
