Dr. Sam Loomis is a Character from the Halloween franchise. He was Michael's psychiatrist and took care of him while he was locked up.
Throughout the films, he is one of the few who knows how powerful Michael is and spends most of his life trying to kill him or get him locked up for good.
His name can be found in several flavour texts of Unlockables associated with The Shape.
