History
Unlocks potential in your Aura-reading ability:
Each time a
Generator is completed,
Detective's Hunch triggers its effect:
- The Auras of the following objects within 32/48/64 metres of your location are revealed to you for 10 seconds:
When carrying a
Map, any objects revealed by
Detective's Hunch are automatically added to it.
Unlocks potential in your Aura-reading ability:

When carrying a
Map, any objects revealed by
Detective's Hunch are automatically added to it.
Change Log
- Buff: now also triggers on Generators completed by other Survivors.
- Buff: doubled the Aura-reveal duration from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.
Trivia
- Detective's Hunch adds all types of revealed objects to a carried Map, even if it does not normally or currently have the ability to track them otherwise.
- Detective's Hunch is the only way to add Chests
to a Map.
