Dark Devotion is a Unique Perk belonging to The Plague.
Prestige The Plague to Prestige 1, 2, 3 respectively to unlock Tier I, Tier II, Tier III of Dark Devotion for all other Characters.

Description

The display of your Powers creates a whirlwind of panic that spreads throughout the land.

Whenever the Obsession loses a Health State by any means and thus enters the Injured State, Dark Devotion activates:

• Your Terror Radius transfers to the Obsession for 20/25/30 seconds, and its radius is set to 32 metres.
• Grants the Undetectable Status Effect for the same duration.

The Obsession with your transferred Terror Radius is also considered to be 'inside the Terror Radius' for other purposes.

You can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

Hitting the Obsession with your basic attack causes the Obsession to emit a Terror Radius of 32 metres for 20 seconds. During that time, your Terror Radius is reduced to 0 metres. This effect can only be triggered once every 60/45/30 seconds. The Obsession hears the Terror Radius they emit for the duration. The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.

• Buff: removed the cool-down of 60/45/30 seconds.
• Buff: changed the Obsession's Terror Radius duration to 20/25/30 seconds across the three Tiers.

• QoL: updated the Perk with the Undetectable Status Effect.

Patch 6.1.0

• Buff: removed the Basic Attack condition, now activates whenever the Obsession loses a Health State, even through other means than a Killer's attack.

Trivia

• Since Dark Devotion transfers the Killer's Terror Radius to the Obsession, all effects tied to the presence of a Terror Radius will still trigger, it is not just a Fake Terror Radius.
  • This behaviour will extend to The Doctor using Static Blast while Dark Devotion is active, causing the shock wave to emanate from the Obsession instead of himself.
