- Extends the duration of Overdrive by +15 %.

Change Log
- Nerf: reduced the Movement Speed boost from +15 % to +3 %.
- Nerf: increased the Charge Time penalty from +12 % to +20 %.
- Reversal: reverted the previous changes after deeming them as having been too harsh.
- Buff: now also reduces the Heat generation from revving the Chainsaw by -14 %.
- Reversal: removed the previously new effect due to Overheat now being obsolete and replaced with Overdrive.
- Change: changed the name from Death Engravings
to Clogged Intake 
and adjusted the icon accordingly.
