  • Blood Amber previously did not work on The NightmareIconHelpLoading nightmare.pngIconHelpLoading nightmare.pngIconHelpLoading nightmare.png unless the Survivors were inside the Dream World themselves. This is no longer the case since his rework in Patch 3.1.0.
  • Blood Amber can be used in conjunction with the Add-on Scratched PearlIconAddon scratchedPearl.pngIconAddon scratchedPearl.pngIconAddon scratchedPearl.png and the Perk Open-HandedIconPerks open-Handed.pngIconPerks open-Handed.pngIconPerks open-Handed.png, extending the KeyIconItems key.pngIconItems key.pngIconItems key.png's aura-reading range on the Killer to a maximum of 60 metres.
