- Reduces their Repair speed by -9 %.

Begrimed Chains does not stack with other Chain Add-ons.

Change Log
Unknown Patch
- Buff: increased the Repair speed de-buff to -9 %.
- Nerf: added a Timer of 120 seconds to the penalty effects.
- Nerf: removed the modifier to increase the Mangled effect by +50 %.
- Change: the Add-on is no longer shared between The Cannibal and The Hillbilly.
- Change: created a new Add-on, Big Buckle
, from the formerly shared Depth Gauge Rake

to take Begrimed Chains' place for The Hillbilly.
- Change: Begrimed Chains is once again shared between The Cannibal and The Hillbilly, but now has a different effect with either Power.
- For The Hillbilly, the Add-on regained its former functionality of applying the Mangled Status Effect, but lost its ability to apply a Repair Speed penalty as well.
- Gained the ability to also apply the Haemorrhage Status Effect.
- Nerf: Mangled no longer applies until the Survivor is healed, but is now timer-based.
- This change was motivated by a general change in design-philosophy for the Mangled Status Effect.
