Add-ons

Add-ons are Unlockables used to enhance and/or modify Survivor Items and Killer Powers.
This page acts as an overview of the mechanic and a redirect page to the Add-ons for each Killer.

Overview

Add-ons boost specific aspect of a Killer's Power and a Survivor's Item when equipped.

Players can equip up to two (different) Add-ons at a time in the Load-Out.

Add-ons are single-use only and generally lost after a Trial.
Add-ons can be saved between Trials by using the following:

• Black Ward Offering as Killer.
• White Ward Offering as Survivor.
• Ace in the Hole Perk as Survivor.

Stacking

Add-ons which affect the same part of a Power will generally stack with one another (both positive and negative effects).

Positive modifiers are always applied additively, whereas negative modifiers are always applied multiplicatively.

Older Add-ons used to mention if they would stack or not.
Newer Add-ons of more recent Killers do not mention this anymore unless they specifically do not stack.

Add-on Order Misconception

There is a popular misconception in the Community that the order in which Add-ons are selected to populate the two available slots dictates the order in which their effects stack.

That misconception is false, the order does in fact not matter as the stacking of any effects in Dead by Daylight follows a predetermined set of rules detailed in Dead by Daylight Maths.

Any Killer

The Blight Serum Add-on was unique as it could be applied to any Killer's Power that was released up to CHAPTER 17: Descend Beyond.
It is only playable during the Halloween Event, as the Add-on needs to be updated each year for each new Killer that released since the previous Halloween Event.

If it is an Event Unlockable, it may return with its associated Event.) A small amount of Compound Thirty-Four, the final serum The Blight had worked on before his transformation. Causes extreme mutations in high doses. Playing as The Blight, you benefit from the following effect: Grants 1 additional Token towards his Power. Playing as any other Killer, Blighted Serum temporarily replaces your Power with the Blighted Rush ability. Press the Power button to dash forwards at 200 % of your default Movement speed for 2.5 seconds. Start the Trial with 1 Token. Receive 1 Token each time a Survivor is hooked.

The Afterpiece Tonic

The Afterpiece Tonic is the Power of The Clown.

	Fingerless Parade Gloves	Part of the standard Clown apparel, the cut fingers allow for dexterous manipulations. Increases the Throw speed of Bottles by +25 %. Reduces the Throw angle of Bottles by -15 °.
	Party Bottle	Be the life of the party! Bottles emit confetti when they break in addition to their usual effects. Hitting Survivors directly with a Bottle grants 100 bonus Bloodpoints in the Deviousness Category.
	Robin Feather	A warm orange feather, soft to the touch. Reduces the Cool-down duration between successive Bottle throws by -40 %.
	VHS Porn	An all time classic. You will not see things quite the same again. Switches the colours of the Gas Clouds with one another.
	Kerosene Can	A thin and clear combustible liquid which numbs the mind when inhaled. Survivors affected by Intoxication suffer from the Blindness Status Effect for 30 seconds.
	Solvent Jug	A chemical volatile compound that irritates the respiratory tract, but increases absorption of the Afterpiece Antidote. Increases the Invigoration duration by +1 second.
	Starling Feather	A black feather with an emerald gloss, very soft to the touch. Reduces the Cool-down duration between successive Bottle throws by -50 %.
	Sticky Soda Bottle	It's sugary sweet, with only a little blood on the label. Increases the strength of the Haste Status Effect from Invigoration by +2 % .
	Thick Cork Stopper	A sturdy cork fitting the Afterpiece Tonic Bottles marvellously. Reduces the Reload time of the Bottles by -0.5 seconds.
	Bottle of Chloroform	A sweet-smelling organic compound with strong anaesthetic capabilities. Increases the size and spread of the Intoxication Gas Clouds by +20 %.
	Flask of Bleach	A potent chemical which causes irritation, burns and lung damage. Increases the strength of the Hindered Status Effect Survivors suffer from during Intoxication by an additional -4 %.
	Smelly Inner Soles	A mouldy inner sole which gives much comfort to tired feet. Increases your Movement speed while reloading Bottles by +66 %.
	Spirit of Hartshorn	A pungent chemical compound consisting of ammonia. One whiff is enough to jolt even the most sluggish of minds. Increases the size and spread of the Invigoration Gas Clouds by +20 %.
	Sulphuric Acid Vial	A thin and clear combustible liquid which numbs the mind when inhaled. Survivors affected by Intoxication suffer from the Mangled Status Effect for 70 seconds.
	Cheap Gin Bottle	When the night is rough and the day is rougher, a little hair of the dog will give you a boost. Increases the strength of the Haste Status Effect from Invigoration by +3 % .
	Cigar Box	A grim and incomplete collection of fingers. Fills The Clown with longing and focuses his chemical crafting abilities. The Auras of all other Players within 16 metres of their location are revealed to Invigorated Players for 6 seconds.
	Ether 15 Vol%	A highly volatile organic compound, toxic at this concentration. Increases the Intoxication duration by +1 second.
	Garish Make-Up Kit	Some for the face and some for the Antidote. The unknown compound intensifies the Antidote's effect. Increases the Invigoration duration by +2 seconds.
	Redhead's Pinkie Finger	The prized pinkie finger of a redhead. Faintly fragrant. Tastes of potpourri and varnish. Survivors hit directly by Bottles suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for as long as they are affected by Intoxication. Reduces the number of carried Bottles to 1.
	Tattoo's Middle Finger	The prized middle finger of a large tattooed man. Has a faint taste of machinery oil. The Auras of Survivors afflicted by either Intoxication or Invigoration are revealed to you for 6 seconds.

Bear Trap

The Bear Trap is the Power of The Trapper.

	Bear Oil	Melted animal fat that can lubricate the Bear Traps squeaky joints. Setting a Bear Trap is silent.
	Makeshift Wrap	A scratched and worn brace made of thick, cured animal skin. You are no longer caught in your own Bear Traps, they are automatically disarmed instead.
	Padded Jaws	These padded jaws are meant to restrain, not to wound. Bear Traps immobilise Survivors without damaging them. Grants 100 % bonus Bloodpoints for trapping Survivors.
	Trapper Gloves	Protective padded leather gloves. Increases the Setting speed of the Bear Trap by +30 %.
	4-Coil Spring Kit	A replacement kit for Bear Traps which changes the usual dual spring system to four coil springs, adding a great amount of strength to the Bear Traps hold. Increases the Disarm time of the Bear Trap by +33 %.
	Coffee Grounds	An old rusted can containing damp coffee grounds. Increases the strength of the Haste Status Effect after setting a Bear Trap by +5 % .
	Lengthened Jaws	Jaws with long teeth that dig further into the flesh than a conventional Bear Traps. Survivors who escape from Bear Traps suffer from the Deep Wound Status Effect.
	Serrated Jaws	These replacement trap jaws have saw-like blades, causing awful open wounds when they snap. Survivors injured by a Bear Trap suffer from the Haemorrhage Status Effect until fully healed. "Like a predatory beast, it can smell and track blood."
	Wax Brick	A block of wax used to lower friction and facilitate movement in mechanical parts. Increases the Rescue and Escape times of the Bear Trap by +33 %.
	Fastening Tools	A specialised set of tools used to fasten Bear Traps to ensure their effectiveness. Increases the Rescue and Escape times from the Bear Trap by +25 %. Increases the Setting speed of the Bear Trap by +50 %.
	Rusted Jaws	These Bear Trap jaws are covered with crusty and volatile rust spots, making injuries particularly difficult to heal. Survivors injured by a Bear Trap suffer from the Mangled Status Effect for 70 seconds.
	Secondary Coil	A secondary coil keeps the Bear Trap functional in times when the primary coil becomes unusable. Increases the Disarm time of the Bear Trap by +50 %.
	Tar Bottle	A black, matte and sticky substance that when applied to Bear Traps, makes them far less noticeable. Darkens the Bear Trap.
	Trapper Bag	A cured leather waist bag. Large and sturdy to transport hunting equipment. Increases the number of carried Bear Traps by +1.
	Honing Stone	When used with the Bear Trap, the stone sharpens its blades. The razor-sharp blades inflict deep wounds aimed at bleeding the victim as fast as possible. Survivors caught in a Bear Trap, who free themselves, are inflicted with the Dying State.
	Oily Coil	A clear oil that makes handling the Bear Trap's spring more hazardous. Resetting a Bear Trap reveals the Aura of the last Survivor to have disarmed it for 5 seconds.
	Tension Spring	A high tension spring that snaps back into place after being stretched. Automatically resets the Bear Trap 2 seconds after a Survivor escaped from it.
	Trapper Sack	A crude leather sack suitable for foraging. Causes all Bear Traps to be carried in your inventory at the beginning of the Trial. You can no longer pick up any placed Bear Traps, only reset them.
	Bloody Coil	Part sticky, part slippery, this grim liquid makes handling the Bear Traps spring more dangerous. When a healthy Survivor disarms a Bear Trap, the Bloody Coil exacts its price, putting the Survivor into the Injured State.
	Iridescent Stone	Bear Traps sharpened with the sickly gleaming stone seem to gain a life of their own. Automatically resets and arms a random disarmed Bear Trap every 30 seconds.

Birds of Torment

Birds of Torment is the Power of The Artist.

	Choclo Corn	A type of corn common in South America. A few kernels are reason enough for a crow to stop for a snack. Increases the Timer before idle Dire Crows disintegrate by +2 seconds.
	Oil Paints	There is little left but a few globs of black and grey, yet Carmina could paint an expansive landscape with them. Increases the Detection radius of Killer Instinct by +1.5 metres.
	Thick Tar	Sticky, viscous sludge that Carmina used for an experimental piece. Once it sticks to skin, it is nearly impossible to get off. Increases the Repel duration for Swarmed Survivors by +0.5 seconds.
	Vibrant Obituary	Scrap newspaper, speckled with bright, eye-catching paint. It seems tragedy is a daily thing. Increases the duration of Killer Instinct by +3 seconds.
	Automatic Drawing	An experimental drawing Carmina made without conscious planning. Do not think — act. Reduces the Cool-down time of Birds of Torment by -1.5 seconds after idle Dire Crows disintegrate.
	Festering Carrion	A stomach-churning pile of meat and guts, yet it attracts hungry crows craving a bite. Reduces the Cool-down time of Birds of Torment by -0.5 seconds after launching Dire Crows.
	Still Life Crow	An ink drawing of a dead crow. Carmina's sadness over its death can be felt with each dark line. Increases the Timer before idle Dire Crows disintegrate by +4 seconds.
	Untitled Agony	A canvas that was targeted with swipes and trashes of black paint following Matias' death. It radiates with heavy, crippling sorrow. Swarmed Survivors suffer from a -15 % Hindered Status Effect for 1.5 seconds.
	Velvet Fabric	A striking red fabric Carmina used on an art project. Its brightness contrasted against black feathers. The Auras of Swarms continue to be revealed to you for another 1.5 seconds after Survivors start repelling them.
	Charcoal Stick	A stick of charcoal that conceals anything it rubs over. The Auras Dire Crows mid-flight are no longer visible to Survivors. The Auras of Dire Crows are visible to Survivors for 0.5 seconds after summoning them.
	Darkest Ink	An unnatural ink, so wretched and dark that it seems to pull in light around it. Swarmed Survivors suffer from the Blindness Status Effect. This effect lingers for 15 seconds after repelling the Swarm.
	O Grief, O Lover	An abstract ink drawing that Carmina drew before walking to the Death Leap. Swarmed Survivors suffer from the Exhausted Status Effect.
	Silver Bell	A shiny trinket that a crow took a liking to. The clinking of the bell was a distraction to everyone but Carmina. Swarmed Survivors suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect.
	Thorny Nest	A nest that remained empty near Carmina's home. There are sharp thorns embedded in it. Survivors suffer from the Haemorrhage and Mangled Status Effects for 70 seconds after being damaged by Dire Crows.
	Ink Egg	An unusual egg that seems to be nothing but a ball of semi-solid ink. Increases the number of summonable Dire Crows by +1. Reduces the Timer before idle Dire Crows disintegrate by -2 seconds. "Perhaps, covered in darkness as I was, they saw me as one of their own." — Carmina Mora
	Matias' Baby Shoes	A grieving reminder to Carmina that Matias would be with her, always watching. The Auras of Survivors within 5 metres of idle Dire Crows are revealed to you for 3 seconds. "See you soon, Matias." — Carmina Mora
	Severed Hands	Carmina's severed hands, cut from her arms shortly before her death. The sight brings sheer fury to her and her protectors. Causes Survivors coming within 3 metres of Swarmed Survivors to become swarmed too. "How are you going to paint now?" — Hooded Man
	Severed Tongue	Carmina's tongue, cut from her mouth shortly before her death. The sight instils rage not just in her, but in her crows. Reduces your Slow-down time by -0.5 seconds after launching Dire Crows. "How are you going to tell poems now?" — Hooded Man
	Garden of Rot	A nude self-portrait in which Carmina depicts a rotting darkness growing outwards from within. Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect for 4 seconds after repelling the Swarm. "I see no salvation in the rot." — Carmina Mora
	Iridescent Feather	A glass-like feather moulded from The Fog itself. Simple as it may be, it is a symbol of those who watch over Carmina. Grants the Undetectable Status Effect when Birds of Torment is on Cool-down and you hold no Dire Crows. Reduces the number of summonable Dire Crows by -1. 	Rope Necklet	A rigid ornament worn around the neck made from dead plants. Increases the Setting speed of Phantasm Traps by +10 %.
	Bloodied Water	Tainted water contained in a folded water lily leaf. Reduces the Trigger range of Phantasm Traps by -20 %.
	Cypress Necklet	A rigid ornament worn around the neck made from dead plants adorned with crudely attached cypress bark and swamp moss. Increases the Setting speed of Phantasm Traps by +15 %.
	Dragonfly Wings	A handful of yellowish wings, dry and crisp. Devoured to increase stamina. Increases the Teleport range to tripped Phantasm Traps by +12.5 %.
	Half Eggshell	One half of a perfectly round hollow eggshell. Increases the Tripped duration of Phantasm Traps by +25 %.
	Pussy Willow Catkins	A handful of small, pristine flower clusters covered in a fine greyish fur. The Auras of Survivors tripping Phantasm Traps are revealed to you for 3 seconds.
	Bloodied Mud	A handful of mud with veins of deep crimson. The bloody layers empower the mud. Reduces the Trigger range of Phantasm Traps by -30 %.
	Cracked Turtle Egg	A pale orange turtle egg, cracked and emptied of its content. Increases the Tripped duration of Phantasm Traps by +30 %.
	Dried Cicada	A large swamp cicada covered in a fine layer of ash; crispy. Devoured to increase stamina. Increases the Teleport range to tripped Phantasm Traps by +15 %.
	Swamp Orchid Necklet	A rigid ornament worn around the neck made from dead plants adorned with withered orchid petals and leaves. Increases the Setting speed of Phantasm Traps by +20 %.
	Willow Wreath	Three frail willow branches attached to form a triangular wreath. The Auras of Survivors tripping Phantasm Traps are revealed to you for 5 seconds.
	Disfigured Ear	The cannibal village deaf boy's ear. Deformed due to several hits to the head. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power: Triggering a Phantasm Trap inflicts the following effect on Survivors: Causes them to suffer from the Deafened Status Effect for 6 seconds.
	Grandma's Heart	The cold heart of the cannibal village elder. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power. Whenever Survivors trigger Phantasm Traps, you benefit from the following effects for their tripped duration: Suppresses your Terror Radius. Increases the Fake Terror Radius of the Mud Phantasms by +16 metres. "Bring me another slice of the girl." — Grandma
	Rusty Shackles	Shackles once used to hold prisoners and carcasses in the cannibal village cellar. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power. Suppresses any indication to Survivors that they tripped Phantasm Traps. Suppresses the creation of Mud Phantasms.
	Scarred Hand	The cut up, severed hand of the cannibal village butcher. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power. Grants collision with Survivors to both Phantasm Traps and the Mud Phantasms. Grants +300 % bonus Bloodpoints in the Deviousness Category. Disables your ability to teleport to tripped Phantasm Traps. Scarred Hand trumps all other Add-ons. "..." — The Butcher
	Mint Rag	A small piece of cotton torn from the dress worn by Lisa Sherwood on the day she disappeared. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power. Press the Active Ability button to teleport to any untripped Phantasm Trap anywhere in the environment. Mint Rag has a cool-down of 10 seconds.
	Waterlogged Shoe	A child's shoe, long lost in the bog's waters. The trapped life essence within unlocks tremendous potential in The Hag's power. Permanently increases the default Movement speed by +7.5 % to 4.73 m/s. Survivors suffer from a -9 % Hindered Status Effect within the Trigger range of Phantasm Traps. Disables your ability to teleport to tripped Phantasm Traps.

Blighted Corruption

Blighted Corruption is the Power of The Blight.

	Chipped Monocle	A monocle Talbot rarely used despite his eyesight weakening in later years. Unlocks the ability to see the Target location of a Slam.
	Compound Seven	This early sample failed to achieve desired results, but demonstrated surprising effects regardless. Causes you to automatically face the nearest Survivor within 16 metres of your location after a Slam.
	Foxglove	A poisonous plant that sparked Talbot's interest in chemistry. It rekindles deeply buried memories. Reduces the duration of Fatigue by -0.25 seconds.
	Placebo Tablet	A pill that is utterly ineffective... or is it? Reduces your Movement speed during a Rush by -15 %. Grants +100 % bonus Bloodpoints for Rush Score Events.
	Blighted Rat	A rat that briefly returned to life when injected with Putrid Serum, becoming aggressive and uncontrollable. Increases your Movement speed during a Rush by a stack-able +2 % for each consecutive Lethal Rush.
	Canker Thorn	A sizeable thorn snipped from a Visceral Canker. It secretes a mild toxin. Reduces the duration of Fatigue by -0.5 seconds.
	Plague Bile	A sample of bile from The Plague distilled and treated with a mixture of chemicals. Increases the Turn rate during a Rush by +10 %.
	Pustula Dust	Dried Pustula Petals ground into a fine dust. Increases the duration of the Chain Rush Window by +0.75 seconds.
	Shredded Notes	The remnants of Talbot's notes, they still contain some valuable information within. Reduces the Recharge time per Power Token by -0.33 seconds.
	Adrenaline Vial	A hormone removed from an unwilling subject's adrenal gland. Though it provides a jolt of energy, it can fatigue its user. Increases the number of available Power Tokens by +2. Increases your Movement speed during a Rush by +5 %. Increases your maximum Look angle during a Rush by +20 °. Reduces your Turn rate during a Rush by -0.5 °/s. "Please, don't do this..."
	Blighted Crow	A dead crow that has been grotesquely mutated by Putrid Serum. Increases your Movement speed during a Rush by a stack-able +3 % for each consecutive Lethal Rush.
	Compound Twenty-One	A serum that's fatal to humans. It evokes beneficial qualities in those who are... something more. The Auras of Survivors within 8 metres of a Slam are revealed to you for 3.5 seconds.
	Rose Tonic	A mixture made with dried roses from the exceedingly rare New Moon Bouquet. Increases the duration of the Chain Rush Window by +1 second.
	Umbra Salts	Regular sea salt that has momentarily passed through the Spirit World, altering its properties in the process. Increases the Turn rate during a Rush by +15 %.
	Alchemist's Ring	A ring given to chemists graduating from the London School of Medicine. It is a reminder of unrestrained ambition. Extends the Rush duration by +20 % for each consecutive Lethal Rush. "The student is accused of grave-robbing with the intent of unsanctioned scientific testing." — Faculty Reprimand of Talbot Grimes, 1838
	Soul Chemical	A chemical squeezed from the pineal gland of a recently deceased Survivor. Increases the initial Movement speed of a Rush by +5 %. "...suspected to cause atypical alterations in neural rhythmic activity." — Unlabelled Mystery School Text
	Summoning Stone	Talbot used this stone to carve what he believed was his research into the Opium Den's walls. Increases the initial duration of a Rush by +0.5 seconds. "Death is only the beginning."
	Vigo's Journal	The journal of a man who claimed to have returned from The Void. The knowledge within has practical applications. Grants the Undetectable Status Effect during a Rush. "In a wasteland of forgotten dreams and endless routine, the man with a way out is God." — Talbot Grimes
	Compound Thirty-Three	Talbot's penultimate attempt at a serum. Though it did not facilitate his escape, it did have powerful side effects. Blighted Corruption is capped at 5 Tokens. 	Iridescent Blight Tag	A glass-like laboratory tag, moulded from The Fog itself. Either a gift from The Entity or a cruel jest to tag The Blight as he once did to others. Blighted Corruption is capped at 3 Tokens. Increases your Movement speed during a Rush by +10 %. Increases your maximum Look angle during a Rush by +20 °. Blood Bond

Blood Bond is the Power of The Twins.

	Cat Figurine	A wooden figure that had caught young Victor's eye. He shrieked until his mother stole it from the market, nearly blowing their cover. Unlocks the ability to see the Target location of a Pounce.
	Soured Milk	A metal bottle filled with milk that has since soured. Loud as Victor could be, he quieted down when presented with his meal. Increases the Shriek radius of Victor by +2 metres.
	Tiny Fingernail	Charlotte had many ways to mourn Victor's death. As the fingernails loosened from his rotting hands, she took one in remembrance. Reduces the Unbinding time of Victor by -0.25 seconds.
	Toy Sword	A minuscule toy sword, only a few inches long. Holding it brought out a violent enthusiasm in Victor. Reduces the Charge time of a Pounce by -0.1 second.
	Baby Teeth	Two teeth that Victor lost long ago. They are unusually sharp. Survivors suffer from the Blindness Status Effect for 30 seconds after removing Victor.
	Bloody Black Hood	A hood from one of the men that hunted Charlotte. Soon, he became the prey. Reduces the Transition time when switching back to Charlotte by -0.5 seconds.
	Cat's Eye	An eyeball that belonged to a cat eaten by the starving Deshayes family. Victor hid it from his mother, using it as a toy. Suppresses all noise made by Victor while holding a Pounce.
	Ceremonial Candelabrum	The candelabrum that Victor tipped over, causing his captors to burn. A symbol of his tenacity. Increases the Crushing time of Victor by +0.2 seconds when controlling Charlotte.

	Ragged Engine	Some would say it needs a tune-up. Max would say it is tuned-up. Reduces the Dissipation speed of the Overdrive Meter when not using the Chainsaw by -30 %.

	Apex Muffler	A masterfully crafted chainsaw muffler that outperforms all others. Silences the Chainsaw for all Survivors outside of the Terror Radius.
	Filthy Slippers	Max sometimes struggled to hear his mother's footfalls. Gain the Undetectable Status Effect until you stop sprinting after maintaining a Chainsaw Sprint for at least 2 seconds.

	Reiko's Watch	The watch that Reiko left her son Yoichi. A distracting and constant reminder of one's impending doom. Increases the duration of your full Invisibility while Demanifested by +25 %.
	Sea-Soaked Cloth	The hood worn by the mysterious figure in the tape. Makes those near it unable to trust what they see. Survivors suffer from the Blindness Status Effect when within 8 metres of powered TVs. This effect lingers for 7 seconds after turning off a TV.
	Well Stone	A piece of the well where Sadako was trapped, an image burned into the mind of all those who have watched the tape. Reduces the time it takes for TVs to turn back on after Projection by -7 seconds.
	Yoichi's Fishing Net	The net Yoichi used while fishing with his grandfather. A reminder that death comes to us all. Survivors suffer from the Blindness Status Effect after acquiring at least 4 Stacks of Condemned.
	Bloody Fingernails	Sadako's bloody fingernails, lost as she tried to claw her way out of the well. Evidence of her single-minded need to kill. Increases the Speed Boost duration after Projection by +50 %.
	Mother's Comb	The comb Sadako's mother used in the tape. Sadako's psychic abilities are enhanced when she focuses on it. Highlights the Auras of all turned-off TVs in yellow. Causes TVs being turned off to trigger a Loud Noise Notification.
	Rickety Pinwheel	A pinwheel found in the caves of Izu Oshima. It spins even when there is no wind, disorienting those who see or hear it. Survivors suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect when within 8 metres of powered TVs. This effect lingers for 7 seconds after turning off a TV.
	Ring Drawing	A drawing of the view from inside the well, as drawn by a young Yoichi. Helping those cursed by the tape can only bring misfortune. Hooking a Survivor carrying a VHS Tape causes all other Survivors to gain +1 Stack of Condemned.
	Well Water	Water from the well where Sadako was left to die. Murky and black, it obscures everything around it. Increases the duration of the Undetectable Status Effect by +2 seconds after Manifesting by any means.
	Distorted Photo	Those who have watched the tape find all photos of themselves distorted, a reminder of their impending doom. 	Campbell's Last Breath	A powerful last breath snatched from the asylum priest Father Campbell. In the hand of The Nurse, it crackles with intensity. Reappearing from a fully charged Blink, you automatically Blink at full charge in the direction you are facing. This requires that you have at least 1 Charge left after the initial Blink.
	Jenner's Last Breath	A powerful last breath snatched from the asylum patient Mary Jenner, also known as the "Anxious Girl". In the hands of The Nurse, it trembles with intensity. After exhausting all of your Blinks, but before succumbing to Fatigue, press the Active Ability button to immediately Blink back to your starting location. Recharges your Power by +1 Charge.
	Kavanagh's Last Breath	A powerful last breath snatched from the asylum orderly Harvey Kavanagh, also known as the "Fat Orderly". In the hands of The Nurse, it wobbles with intensity. When succumbing to Fatigue, all Survivors within 8 metres of your location suffer from the Blindness Status Effect for 60 seconds.
	Matchbox	A matchbox containing an odd collection of mismatched buttons. Serves as a reminder of a horrible place. Increases your Movement speed to 4.4 m/s for the entire Trial. Restricts your Power to just 1 Blink. This cannot be altered by other Add-ons.
	Torn Bookmark	A white and pristine piece of ribbon once attached to a sacred book. Serves as the symbol of a dispute. Increases the number of available Power Tokens by +1. Increases the Power Recharge time to 130 %.

	Prayer Beads	A chain of matte beads of various sizes used in praying ritual. Increases the Use time of Keys by 15 seconds.
	Scratched Pearl	A porous and scratched white pearl. A minuscule jump ring allows the pearl to be attached to the key. Increases the Aura-reading range of Keys by +12 metres. "Pray all you want, your words are getting lost somewhere up there, in the Fog."
	Gold Token	A gold token with a dull appearance. Both faces are smooth and void of any inscriptions. The Auras of other Survivors within 48 metres are revealed to you while Mind Channel is active. Gold Token does not stack with Eroded Token.
	Blood Amber	A blood-red amber striped with black veins. The amber is warm to the touch. The Aura of the Killer within 32 metres is revealed to you while Mind Channel is active. Increases the Depletion rate by +100 %.
	Milky Glass	This opaque piece of glass emits a dull vibrating noise. Channels the Black Fog's energy. Using a Key to open the closed Hatch consumes this Add-on instead.
	Unique Wedding Ring	An engraved wedding ring that emerged from the Fog and resonates with an indescribable and incomprehensible energy. The Aura of the Obsession is automatically revealed to you at all times. This does not require using the Mind Channel ability. Reduces your chance of becoming the initial Obsession by reducing the default value by -100 %.
	Weaved Ring	A mundane key ring in appearance with an unusual bluish dark sheen. The ring binds the Key to its user, preventing loss even in the darkest of times. Causes this Add-on to be consumed upon death instead of the Key.

	Self Adherent Wrap	A pack of bandages that stick to themselves without the need of clips for a faster patch-up that requires less readjustments. Increases the Healing speed by +5 %. Increases the available Healing Charges by +8 Charges.
	Sponge	A mundane sponge used to soak up extra blood, providing easier access to wounds. Increases the Great Success zone of Healing Skill Checks by +20 %.
	Gauze Roll	A sterile gauze used for a variety of wounds. Part of a total wound care system. Increases the available Healing Charges by +10 Charges.
	Surgical Suture	A medical device used to close and hold body tissue. Even though it is very effective, the surgical suture is challenging to use. Increases the Odds of triggering Healing Skill Checks by +15 %. Increases the Progression bonus for succeeding at Great Healing Skill Checks by +10 %.
	Abdominal Dressing	A highly absorbent pad that prevents bodily fluid leakage when applied to large abdominal wounds. Increases the Healing speed of Med-Kits by +15 %.
	Styptic Agent	A white powder with coagulant properties. Apply the agent to a wound to stop it from haemorrhaging. Press the Secondary Action button while healing yourself or another Survivor with a Med-Kit to use the Styptic Agent to grant the Endurance Status Effect for 5 seconds. Endurance is cancelled prematurely when performing a Conspicuous Action. Styptic Agent consumes the Med-Kit on use.
	Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe	An anti-haemorrhagic substance that stops the bleeding in a matter of seconds. Press the Secondary Action button while healing yourself or another Survivor with a Med-Kit to use the Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe to automatically heal the affected Survivor for 1 Health State over the next 16 seconds. Healing Speed modifiers affect the Healing time. Taking damage or being picked up by the Killer cancels the Healing effect. Anti-Haemorrhagic Syringe consumes the Med-Kit on use.
	Gel Dressings	A pack of gel forming pads used to patch up heavily exuding wounds. Increases the available Healing Charges by +16 Charges.
	Refined Serum	THIS ADD-ON IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE (This Unlockable can no longer be obtained and stockpiles can no longer be used. If it is an Event Unlockable, it may return with its associated Event.) STOCKPILES MAY STILL BE USED IN TRIALS A refined version of the Putrid Serum that is mostly safe for human consumption. Mostly. Press the Secondary Action button while healing yourself or another Survivor with a Med-Kit to use the Refined Serum to boost the Movement speed of the affected Survivor by +5 % for 16 seconds. Creates a Blight trail behind the affected Survivor. Refined Serum consumes the Med-Kit on use. The Refined Serum is only available during Halloween Events.

	Protective Gloves	Thick gloves, which reduce manual dexterity but protect hands from injury. While sabotaging a Hook with a Toolbox, you benefit from the following effect: Suppresses the Loud Noise Notification usually triggered after completing the Sabotage action.
	Socket Swivels	Swivels provide bend and flexibility for bolts that are out of reach, deep within mechanical devices. Increases the Action speed for Toolbox Repair by +30 %.
	Spring Clamp	Useful tool to clamp hoses or hold wires in place and prevent damage or injury. While repairing a Generator with a Toolbox, you benefit from the following effect: Reduces the audible range of all noises related to the Repair interaction by -8 metres.
	Wire Spool	A portable but heavy spool of copper wire. Increases the capacity of Toolboxes by +12 Charges.
	Grip Wrench	An adjustable wrench with a tough grip. Essential in any Toolbox. Increases the Auto-Repair timer for sabotaged Hooks by +20 seconds.
	Hacksaw	A small hand saw mounted with a metal cutting blade. Increases the Action speed for Toolbox Sabotage by +30 %.
	Brand New Part	This intricate mechanical part feels oddly out of place. It is clean and shiny as if straight out of the factory. Press the Use Item button while standing next to a Generator to perform the Install Brand New Part action: Triggers a difficult Skill Check. Permanently reduces the Repair requirement by -10 Charges for that Generator upon succeeding the Skill Check. Brand New Part is consumed on use.

	"All Seeing" - Mud	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) The Kra-Frabai symbol, representing The Entity watching over us, is finger-drawn in mud on the head of the bell. Unlocks potential in your Aura-reading ability while Cloaked: The Auras of Survivors are revealed to you within 6 metres of your location.
	"Obedience" - Class III	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) An experimental ECT procedure developed within The Fog, crudely annotated. The extra surge of power causes extreme muscle tension which depletes the patient's energy. Sometimes he wore lighter armour, letting him move faster; he knew nothing could stop him anyway. Summoning The Jailer increases your Movement speed by +10 % for 6 seconds.
	Prayer Beads Bracelet	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) A powerful bracelet that reads a sacred mantra. Causes all Survivors outside of your Terror Radius to hear the audio cue of the Phase-Walk.
	Stitched Bag	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) Skin pieces of all sorts crudely stitched together making for a very large bag. Increases the number of carried Bear Traps by +2.
	Thompson's Moonshine	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) A strong beverage made from corn and a recipe passed down in the Thompson family. Instils rage and headache. Increases the Turn rate during a Chainsaw Sprint by +44 %. Increases the Cooldown duration of the Chainsaw after hitting an obstacle by +28 %.
	"Blind Warrior" - Spirit	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) The Baikra-Kaeug symbol, representing imperviousness, ominously glows on the body of the bell. Increases the Resistance to Lightburn to 100 %, granting complete immunity.
	Father's Glasses	THIS ADD-ON WAS DECOMMISSIONED (This Unlockable was decommissioned in the past and no longer exists in the current Game.) A pair of dad glasses that belonged to an overworked salary man. During a Phase-Walk, Pools of Blood appear to you in bright red.

Up to Patch 3.6.0

Whether or not Items lost their Add-ons after a Trial depended on several different scenarios:

• They were lost if the Item was depleted during the Trial, the Survivor disconnected, or they died in the Trial.
• They were kept if they escaped the Trial or died, but had burnt the White Ward Offering.

Patch 3.6.0

• Rework: Item Add-ons are now single-use only and are consumed after a Trial.

Patch 9.1.0

• Rework: introduced a new standard for the number of Item Add-ons, which limits their number to just 1 per Rarity.
  • This new standard was introduced with the newly added Fog Vial Items in the same Patch, and already applied to the Key and Map Items, which were also reworked in that Patch.
