- Change: designation changed from Mud to White and adjusted the icon from

. - Nerf: added a slight penalty to the Reappearance time.
Patch 2.2.0
- Rework: now boosts The Wraith's Movement speed while cloaked and slows it when uncloaking.
Patch 4.6.0
- Buff: removed the speed penalty to uncloaking.
- However, it should be noted that the old version of "Windstorm" - White did not have any speed penalty code associated with it.
- Nerf: adjusted the Movement Speed bonus to account for increasing The Wraith's default Cloaked speed.
